Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring cleanliness of equipment and production areas before, during, and after operations, in accordance with current hygiene standards
- Performing quality checks at all stages of the process: raw material reception, production, and finished products
- Monitoring critical parameters such as temperature, water quality, and employee hygiene practices in real time
- Conducting required sampling and analyses, including microbiological tests, water analysis, and product shelf-life studies
- Identifying, reporting, and collaborating on resolving quality deviations observed on production lines
- Thoroughly documenting quality control activities, completing reports, and ensuring traceability of recordsDocumenter rigoureusement les activités de contrôle qualité, en remplissant les rapports et en assurant la traçabilité des enregistrements
Your skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food quality and safety
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Knowledge of Spanish — an asset
