Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production and Sanitation Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the production activities of the carrot packaging plant. The goal is to ensure optimal efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily production activities based on production objectives and priorities.
• Supervise task execution by teams on packaging and processing lines.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the reception and management of raw materials.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate employees.
• Plan workforce requirements and manage work schedules.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address non-compliance issues.
• Enforce strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Report on production performance, efficiency rates, and challenges encountered.
• Participate in production meetings to communicate objectives and results.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the food or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and production tracking tools.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate a team, and excellent communication skills.
• Basic spoken and written Spanish skills (an asset).
