Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven Human Resources Coordinator who enjoys supporting operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices. This is a one-year contractual mandate for a role that is essential to the smooth functioning of the HR department, with a direct impact on the employee experience and the quality of our internal processes.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage employee files and ensure accurate and timely updates of HR documentation.
  • Administer group benefits and respond to employee questions.
  • Support recruitment efforts: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate the planning of internal activities and company events.

Your talents and qualifications

  • Degree in human resources management, administration, or a related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French
  • Knowledge of English (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Spanish (an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Asset: experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment, or with temporary foreign workers
