Each year, we hire nearly 175 temporary foreign workers from Mexico and Guatemala. We are currently seeking someone to take full responsibility for coordinating these workers, from their arrival to their departure. You will play a key role in their integration, well-being, administrative management, and the logistics of their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning labor requests with external partners (FERME, UPA)
• Organizing arrivals, departures, transportation, and accommodations
• Ensuring the welcome, integration, training, and daily support of workers
• Managing administrative files, work tools, and communications
• Coordinating housing maintenance and regular inspections
• Providing linguistic and logistical support (appointments, emergencies, events)
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and management tools

Vos talents et qualifications :

• Education in management, HR, or a related field
• Experience in coordination or personnel management with foreign labor, ideally in the manufacturing or agricultural sector
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and initiative
• Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish (functional level required)
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite)
