As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Phytosanitary Operations Coordinator to join our team and actively contribute to the management and coordination of agricultural operations, particularly in the areas of plant health and crop monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the management and coordination of agricultural operations, working closely with the field team
• Analyze pest monitoring reports and develop phytosanitary action plans
• Manage phytosanitary operations and coordinate irrigation
• Provide technical support to teams (calibration, troubleshooting, optimization of practices)
• Prepare work orders and assist in organizing field operations
• Complete and maintain regulatory records (pesticides, safety, training, compliance)

Your skills and qualifications:
• Relevant education or experience in agronomy, agriculture, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in an agricultural setting or in a similar role
• Excellent ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Ability to supervise and work with field teams
• High tolerance for working under pressure and adaptability
• Availability for a flexible schedule
