We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor (night) with strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth operation of sorting and packaging activities on our onion and carrot processing lines.

Main Responsibilites:

• Plan staffing, create schedules and lead the team on the production floor
• Oversee the sorting and packaging of products
• Communicate with other departments (sales, quality, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards

Your skills and qualifications:

• College diploma or equivalent experience in production management or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience working in a manufacturing or agri-food environment
• Leadership, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Experience with foreign workers (an asset)
