Employing many temporary foreign workers each year, we are looking for a versatile individual to provide operational and administrative support related to the reception, integration, and daily management of our foreign workforce.

You will fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in onboarding and departure sessions for workers.
• Carry out administrative and documentation follow-ups related to worker integration (travel, insurance, tax documents, etc.).
• Provide support and respond to workers’ questions.
• Schedule medical appointments and accompany workers when needed.
• Assist workers with various administrative procedures (insurance claims, CNESST matters, etc.).
• Conduct housing inspections.
• Support contract signing during recruitment periods.
• Contribute to organizing social activities that foster integration.

Your Talents and Qualifications :

• Experience working with foreign workers or in a multicultural environment.
• Spoken Spanish (functional to advanced level).
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and set priorities effectively.
• Comfortable with both administrative tasks and field operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Training in human resources (an asset).
