In this context of continuous evolution, we are currently seeking an IT intern for a duration of 4 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension, to support our operations, optimize our digital tools, and help ensure the smooth running of our daily activities.

You will thrive by taking on the following responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support and act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests.
• Diagnose and resolve basic incidents related to hardware, software, and networking.
• Assist employees with the daily use of their technological tools.
• Contribute to making technology usage smoother, more intuitive, and enjoyable for everyone.
• Create or update user guides, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate in the installation of new IT equipment.
• Participate in software deployment within the company.
• Support the management and monitoring of the IT asset inventory (workstations, accessories, mobile devices, etc.).

Your skills and qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with a diverse group of users.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Education in information technology.
