Agricultural Coordinator

As an Agricultural Coordinator, you will support the Head of Agricultural Production in organizing and improving crop production. You’ll monitor crops, help manage crop-related issues, and contribute to implementing advanced growing techniques to optimize product quality and yield. Note: Work hours may be extended during the summer season.

 

You will thrive in the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily crop field assessments for ripeness and issue detection
  • Prepare and track work orders resulting from sowing planning
  • Liaise with external suppliers for purchase needs
  • Follow fertilizer applications and watering
  • Handle errands and miscellaneous tasks for the agricultural team
  • Assist with the implementation of special projects
  • Contribute to sustainability strategies in crop production (scouting)
  • Perform other related tasks

Your talents and qualifications:

  • Diploma in agricultural technology or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Basic spoken and written English
  • Spanish language knowledge – an asset
