Reporting to the Vice President – Finance and Administration, this new role combines financial analysis, budget planning, and process optimization in a context of strong growth. It’s a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects and help evolve our practices toward excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts
• Prepare detailed financial reports and identify variances from projections
• Assess the profitability of projects, products, and investments
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of management tools
• Conduct financial feasibility studies for new projects
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations

Your skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in accounting analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Collaborative mindset, ability to engage colleagues and communicate effectively
