As a Sales Coordinator, your role will primarily consist of supporting and assisting the sales team—mainly account managers—to help optimize the company’s sales activities. This role requires close coordination with internal teams to maintain an efficient workflow and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Oversee order follow‑up, from receipt to delivery, ensuring each step of the process runs smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing commercial and customs documentation.
- Handle various customer inquiries.

- Ability to manage order tracking from start to finish, ensuring all steps are completed without issues.
- Ability to offer administrative support to the sales team (phone management, appointment scheduling, document preparation).
- Strong customer service skills to manage diverse client requests.
