We are looking for an Account Manager, a strategic role responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a balance of structure, analytical ability, commercial judgment, and flexibility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of clients (retailers, distributors, partners).
• Analyzing profitability, margins, and risks associated with commercial opportunities.
• Working closely with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, quality, operations).
• Communicating proactively and transparently with clients.
• Monitoring account performance, producing reports, and documenting decisions.
• Negotiating pricing, volumes, and terms based on operational realities.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills (margins, scenarios, pricing, data interpretation).
• Comfort working in an environment where products and specifications constantly change.
• Ability to clearly explain operational realities to clients.
• Structured, rigorous, and well‑organized approach.
• Strong internal collaboration skills (purchasing, quality, logistics, operations).
• Experience with perishable goods, volatile raw materials, or food distribution (major asset).
• 3 to 7 years of experience in account management, procurement, planning, or analytical sales.
• DEC or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, logistics, or a related field.
