We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and solution-driven Human Resources Coordinator who enjoys supporting operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices. This is a one-year contractual mandate for a role that is essential to the smooth functioning of the HR department, with a direct impact on the employee experience and the quality of our internal processes.
Main responsibilities
- Manage employee files and ensure accurate and timely updates of HR documentation.
- Administer group benefits and respond to employee questions.
- Support recruitment efforts: job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the planning of internal activities and company events.
Your talents and qualifications
- Degree in human resources management, administration, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Knowledge of English (an asset)
- Knowledge of Spanish (an asset)
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Asset: experience in a manufacturing or agricultural environment, or with temporary foreign workers
