As our carrot and onion washing and packaging operations expand, we are looking for a Production Analyst to support and analyze the daily operations of our production facilities and ensure accurate inventory management.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan production based on distribution needs
• Analyze and forecast requirements for consumables and packaging materials
• Ensure compliance with processes in the ERP system
• Participate in inventory counts
• Develop performance analysis tools
• Generate production reports
• Design operational procedures and reference tools

Your skills and qualifications:

• Education or relevant experience in operations or supply chain management
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail
